Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe Speaks On Disruption Of Flights At Airports
The Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) has released a statement following a strike by Air Traffic Controllers on Friday morning at the country’s three main airports resulting in the grounding of several flights.
CAAZ Public Relations Manager and Communications Manager AJ Hungwe said in the statement:
The Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) wishes to advise the travelling public of an operational challenge that is being experienced and has resulted in disruptions at some of our airports. Efforts are continuing to resolve the issue. We shall keep you informed.
