China Executes Two Nationals Convicted Of Corruption (Video)
The People’s Republic of China has sentenced two nationals to death after they were convicted of corruption by the Supreme People’s Court.
The duo reportedly accepted kickbacks for real estate projects. China is one of a few countries that kills people for white-collar crimes.
The Asian country has been urging Zimbabwe to deal with corruption in the country which is reportedly increasing.
Meanwhile, ZACC has reported that it has so far arrested 101 individuals in connection with corruption, 10 of which are prominent people.
Analysts are however not convinced that the state is serious about fighting corruption as there are no convictions to prove the seriousness.
