Excelgate, a book released by exiled former Cabinet Minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo purportedly to expose how the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission manipulated the 2018 elections has been reviewed and described as a joke by Muckraker. The publication said:
MUCKRAKER congratulates Jonathan Moyo on the launch of his book, Excelgate, which he says is an expose on the how the election was stolen. This must be the first time in the history of rigging that an election was stolen using a basic Microsoft spreadsheet. He hopes to convince the gullible by selling them the book for US$35. We hope for more books detailing how things like how the Daily News was bombed and banned, and how the ZBC was turned into an endless show. One is grateful that this publication is being released just in time for parents who were wondering which comics to buy for their children this Christmas.
