Advocate Fadzayi Mahere has said that a conflict between George Charamba (Jamwanda) the spokesperson of President Emmerson Mnangagwa and Kudzai Mutisi, a social media personality who sympathises and supports Mnangagwa’s administration shows that the government pays people to fight cyber wars. Posting on Twitter, Mahere said:
This exchange is proof that the Govt pays people to tweet its gaslighting narratives and vitriol. In the exchange, the Presidential Spokesperson chastises one of the paid agents, K Mutisi, for ridiculing the Govt. A Govt founded on disinformation can’t take us into the future.
