<p>South Africa power utility, ESKOM has started implementing stage 4 load-shedding from stage 2 due to unplanned breakdowns.</p>
<p>The load-shedding is expected to continue until 2300 hours of this Monday.</p>
<p>The development is likely to have an adverse impact on the region since some SADC member countries are getting electricity from South Africa.</p>
