Sharp Fees Hikes Most Likely To Result In A Huge Exodus To Govt Schools – Report

Fees hikes by mission and private schools may result in parents pulling out their children and enrolling them at govt schools, Sunday Mail reports.

According to the publication it is now widely believed that there will be a huge movement from private and mission schools to govt schools due to the fees incremental.

The publication spoke to a parent who had this to say on the issue of school fees.

St Domicis In Chishawasha is charging $11000 while Sandringham is proposing $11.9K Most people who are civil servants will not be able to pay these fees as their salaries have not significantly increased over the past few months.
