Cristiano Ronaldo Crowned The Best Player In Italy Last Season

Juventus forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has been crowned the best player in Italy during the 2018-2019 season. The former Real Madrid talisman had an incredible first season with the Italian club scoring 21 goals to fire Juventus to the Scudetto.

Picking up his awards, Ronaldo said that he was happy to win the trophy since the Italian championship is a very difficult one. He added:

I would like to thank my Juventus team-mates and all the colleagues who voted for me. This year I will try to repeat it.

Meanwhile, his rival Lionel Messi was lifting his 6th Ballon d’Or to be the first-ever player to reach that milestone.
