Heavy Military, Police Presence Outside Parliament Ahead Of Budget Presentation

The military, police and ZANU PF members are reportedly camped outside the Parliament of Zimbabwe ahead of the national budget presentation by Finance Minister, Professor Mthuli Ncube at 1445 this today. News Day reports:

Meanwhile, MDC legislators have threatened to boycott the session if president Emmerson Mnangagwa is attending the presentation.

The MPS argue that Mnangagwa is illegitimate.

    The budget is a charade like every thing zanu pf junta has always performed
