The bulk of the players joined camp on Monday while Ian Nekati, Terrence Dzvukamanja, Kudakwashe Mahachi and Thabani Kamusoko arrived on Sunday. Marvelous Nakamba and Teenage Hadebe are expected to arrive today (Tuesday).

Speaking to ZBC News, ZIFA Communications Manager, Xolisani Gwesela said:

We now have a total of 19 players now in camp. 11 arrived this evening and I can confirm that Marvelous Nakamba and Teenage Hadebe will be reporting for duty tomorrow.

Knowledge Musona is expected to join the rest of the squad on Wednesday.

England-based striker Macauley Bonne is unavailable after he issued a statement on Monday citing medical grounds as the reason for not being able to travel for the qualifiers.

Zimbabwe takes on The Zebras on Friday at National Sports Stadium, and then travel for a date with Chipolopolo on Tuesday. Both matches kick-off at 6 pm.
