A ZANU PF MP, Killer Zivhu, has sponsored one hundred pr_stitutes and vagrants to undergo driving lessons.
Speaking to ZimLive, the Chivi South Zanu PF legislator said that the training of the two groups will empower them with skills for them to contribute towards the fulfilment of the government’s Vision 2030. He said:

It’s just a starting point, Vision 2030 is a target for the country to reach middle-income level. Our sex workers and homeless people are more disadvantaged than the rest, and it’s not by choice but circumstances beyond them.
Zivhu was a few months ago nearly expelled from the ruling party at the instigation of the Masvingo provincial executive. His “crime” was using social media to call for one-on-one dialogue between President Emmerson Mnangagwa and MDC president Nelson Chamisa, a position that is anathema to ZANU PF.
He was saved from expulsion by party political commissar, Victor Matemadanda, who argued that errant party members should be reformed rather than expelled.
