WATCH: US Embassy Harare Explains The "Free" Diversity Immigrant Visa Program

The United States Harare Embassy Consul, Amy Diaz has this Tuesday explained the Diversity Visas before the deadline of November 5, 2019. The Diversity Immigrant Visa program, also known as the green card lottery, is a United States government lottery program for receiving the United States Permanent Resident Card. The Immigration Act of 1990 established the current and permanent Diversity Visa (DV) program. She mentioned that the program demands that applicants gain some points which give them a chance to study and work in the United States for free.
