Olkonnen Mocks Zim Govt, Says Gala Dinners & Prayer Sessions Won’t Change EU Policy

The European Union ambassador to Zimbabwe Timo Olkonnen has seemingly mocked Harare authorities for the Anti-Sanctions marches planned for this Friday across the country.

Olkonnen said that EU policies are made by EU member states and decisions are made based on the facts of what is happening on the ground and not on stadium events, gala dinners or prayer sessions.

  2. Sadly these tactics have been surprisingly sucssesful for zanu in the past 30 years as it makes desperate ignorant uneducated rural people feel important and is quite a powerful tool
