President Nelson Chamisa will lead an entourage of the top MDC leaders and members to Zengeza, Chitungwiza, at 1 pm today to pay condolences to the family of Hilary Tafadzwa Tamangani, the vendor who succumbed to police brutality while in detention at Harare remand prison.
In line with the party’s values of empathy and the true African credo of ubuntu, the MDC family descends on Zengeza this afternoon to pay their last respects.
The MDC’s position is that the crisis in Zimbabwe is a crisis of leadership; a crisis of governance as evidenced by the massive human rights abuses, the brutal murders and abductions of innocent citizens.
At 1 pm today, the entire MDC leadership will be in Zengeza to pay their condolences to the family of the late Tamangani.
MDC@20: Celebrating Courage, growth and the people’s victories.
