Temba Mliswa Dragged To Court By Chinese Company
Norton legislator, Temba Mliswa has been dragged to court by a Chinese company over alleged “disorderly conduct”.
He believes that the matter was a waste of time and the taxpayers’ money since it did not hold water. He posted on Twitter saying:
What hogwash! So the Chinese have taken me to court for disorderly conduct & the matter has been passed down for trial? What about the assault of the Chief & me being kidnapped? If the system believes so much in this matter, I challenge the Prosecutor-General himself to lead.
These flimsy charges are a waste of my time & taxpayers’ money. Yesterday I attended with my lawyer Musindo Hungwe&the witness didn’t even turn up. The matter’s been postponed to the 28th. How can you support a system that constantly persecutes people? Once again;I shall overcome!
