Confused gvt they are just embarrased to admit they had overlooked that there are exams on the day. A bunch of uncoordinated dunderheads so those invigilators wont have a holiday and what do they get for the service when the the day has clearly been declared a national holiday. The left hand does not knw what the right hand is doing in this circus of a gvt. Teachers getting R600 a month now forced to work on a public holiday.
