Khupe Speaks About Her Cancer Battle At A Cancer Awareness Campaign Event
MDC-T President Thokozani Khupe while speaking at a function for her cancer foundation, the TKCF said she only survived cancer because it was detected early.
Khupe said this while advocating that:
- Cancer Facilities be increased in public hospitals from 2
- That both men and women be tested or screened early for breast cancer.
Said the 2018 election presidential candidate:
I am a living testimony as I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and here I am today totally cured. I discovered my cancer early and I went through treatment and this is my eighth year now
Cancer is now one of the deadliest killer diseases in the world. October is Cancer awareness campaign month worldwide.
