PICTURE: The New Price Of A Loaf Of Bread

The price of bread has been hiked to RTGS$15.75 from $9.50. Though the new bread price is slightly above US$1.00 at the interbank market rate, in real terms it is staggering considering that less than a year ago a loaf of bread was priced at less than RTGS$0.90. Moreover, the rise in the salaries of the majority of workers does not come close to matching the price increases.

  1. So you see

Zanu Ministers deny the fact of the matter, they deny the poor masses the truth and give people cheap talk and when reality kicks in its difficult for the povo to comprehend after having being lied onto by the government

    What a shame

    Government always lying

Government always not able to deal with situations honestly and truthfully

Ohhh God I hate Zanu so much but am powerless to do anything even my vote doesn’t count.

After voting for my choice which is not Zanu I still have to suffer at the hands of this destructive force called Zanu

They took farms by force and can’t utilize the land which defeats the whole purpose and will leave us with the question that land grabbing was never meant to benefit us but was used as a tool to disempower a certain section of society for the political benefit of a few

Zanu brought sanctions upon zimbabwe because of their lawless act of barbarism

How does a government that has pillaged and plundered private property guarantees your investment?
