Another Honorary Doctorate For ED

At the 18th graduation of Bindura University Of Science Education the president was conferred with an honorary doctorate in Peace and Governance. This latest conferment is his 3rd honorary doctorate in 2019.  The president in accepting the degree dedicated the accolade to peace-loving Zimbabweans Sunday News reports.

The president in his speech said:

I wish to express my deep sense of gratitude to the Bindura University of Science and Technology for the conferment of Honorary Doctor (Honoris Causa) in Peace and Governance. I humbly dedicate this award to all Zimbabweans who have, over the years, remained committed to peace, security, unity and stability of our beloved country.

ED’s peace-loving remarks come at a time where over 20 people were charged with treason in 2019 alone and abduction cases remain unsolved among other civil rights ill committed against the civilians in Zimbabwe.
