Zimbabwe Castle Lager Premier Soccer League has released a press statement in which they congratulated FC Platinum and Triangle United FC for their wonderful performances in the CAF interclub competitions. We present below PSL’s press release in full.

The Premier Soccer League would like to congratulate our clubs, FC Platinum and Triangle United FC for their sterling performance in the CAF interclub competitions.

We wish both teams all the best in their next assignments and we are confident they are up to the challenge.

Both FC Platinum and Triangle United have displayed their tenacity and technical know-how in overcoming their opponents at home and away in the tournaments and as such we reiterate our congratulations to the coaches, Lizwe Sweswe and Taurayi Mangwiro, their technical teams, the players, management and the loyal fans for putting Zimbabwean football on the map.

As the Premier Soccer League, we are extremely proud of our clubs for their remarkable achievements so far in the CAF tournaments and we firmly believe that this excellent performance will take Zimbabwean football to higher levels.
