<p>Energy Minister, advocate Fortune Chasi has bemoaned the shortage of foreign currency in the country which he said was affecting the importation of adequate electricity and fuel. Recently, the deputy governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Dr Kupukile Mlambo attributed the shortage to the closure of the tobacco market season.</p>
