Highlanders Appoints New Technical Manager

Highlanders Football Club has announced the appointment of Hendrikus Pieter de Jongh as technical manager.

He will work with the technical team led by Mandla Mpofu, who was appointed head coach following the departure of Madinda Ndlovu for Botswana.

In a statement posted on Twitter on Friday evening, the club said:

Highlanders Football Club is glad to announce Hendrikus Pieter de Jongh as a new addition to the club’s technical structure. de Jongh assumes the role of Technical Manager, and he will work with the current coaches. We wish him and his technical team all the best.

De Jongh has worked in several African countries. He was recently coach of the Swaziland national team having worked in Kenya, South Africa and Rwanda before.
