FC Platinum Arrive In Mozambique Ahead Of Clash Against UD Songo
Zimbabwean Premier Soccer League reigning champions, FC Platinum, arrived at Beira International Airport in Mozambique on Thursday morning.
FC Platinum face off against UD Songo on Saturday in the Total Caf Champions League second leg.
Interim coach, Lizwe Sweswe, said his charges “will have a loosening session after settling down and having lunch”.
The Zvishavane-based club won 1-0 in the first leg played at Barbourfields Stadium a fortnight ago. A win, a draw by any margin, and even a loss, (for example 2-1) will see the club to the group stages of the CAF Champions League for the second year in a row.
