Gaborone United Replaces Head Coach Madinda Ndlovhu

After Madinda suffered a stroke due to a clot, the team he was working for has replaced the gaffer till the end of the season. Madinda was taken to the ICU of a Botswana Private Hospital after he collapsed at a training session this month. The Gabs United updated their players using Facebook about the new head coach, saying:

We are happy to announce the appointment of Serbian, Nikola Kavazovic as our head coach till the end of the season.

According to the team’s general manager, they consulted Madinda before they made the appointment:

We have taken into consideration the health of Madinda hence the appointment of Nikola. The boss (Nicholas Zakhem) has engaged Madinda before this appointment

Madinda though he has moved out of ICU is still hospitalised in neighbouring Botswana.
