ZB Bank Introduces WhatsApp Banking

ZB bank has introduced WhatsApp banking Sunday News reports. The bank which was recently removed under sanctions is looking forward to launching international cards in the near future. The bank signed an agreement with Ria and in the near future will see people using the remittance service to send money back to Zimbabwe.

ZB Bank has also launched Syfrets Bureau De Change in some towns in Zimbabwe. These include Kadoma, Gweru and Kwekwe. ZB is also looking forward to pioneer on-site Bureau De Changes. And because of all these new and imminent projects, ZB has made their services available via popular social platform WhatsApp.

ZB CEO, Mr Mutandagayi spoke to Sunday news and said:

We have also launched WhatsApp banking. We noticed that a lot of the millennials are always on social media and it is obviously very frustrating for you if you want to perform a transaction to come out of your social media and then you perform a transaction and go back to your social media. With WhatsApp banking you are able to conduct your banking services while you are within Whatsapp
