WATCH: Florida Man Comes Up With A Way To Stop Hurricanes

A Florida man has said that ice can be used to stop hurricanes. This comes as the US hurricane center expects hurricane Dorian to be right at or perhaps even brush the southeast U.S. coast when it does move, and evacuations were ordered for parts of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
