Dynamos Football Club registered a Castle Premier League win against Herentals FC whom they beat by three goals to two.
Dembare scored all the 3 goals before the Students responded.
Goals for the Glamour boys came from Murwira (first half), Evans Katema (before half time) and Nigel Katawa (early on in the second half).
Herentals got consoling goals from Brighton Majarira scored in the 89th minute and from goal minder Simbarashe Gondo who scored from the spot-kick.
Dynamos are now in fifth place with 32 points and trail log leaders CAPS United by only five.
The Blue boys coach, Tonderai Ndiraya said that from his point of view, the Students should not have been awarded the penalty. He said:
…of course it was a nervy finish but I’m not sure it was penalty, I wasn’t close but from where I was seated, I don’t think it was a penalty.
Obviously that put us under a lot pressure but apart from the last moments of the game, I thought we started off very well in the first half.
After we scored the first goal, I could clearly see that the mentality was not right, we were a bit casual in everything and of course we pushed on to get a second goal but again, I was not happy with the attitude.
It’s quite disappointing when you have a team which has a comfortable lead and in the end you then have to finish the way we did today.
