Mliswa Dismisses Auxillia Mnangagwa, Khupe Scuffle Reports As Fake News
An Independent MP, Temba Mliswa, who was at one point the ZANU PF Mashonaland West Chairperson, has refuted social media reports claiming that First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa was involved in a scuffle with MDC-T president Thokozani Khupe.
The reports claimed that the fracas happened over the weekend during President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s son, Emmerson Junior’s wedding.
It was alleged that Khupe was invited to the ceremony without the First Lady’s knowledge and was irked by the former opposition stalwart’s presence.
However, writing on Twitter on Tuesday, Mliswa dismissed the reports as fake news. He said:
Just when you thought you’d heard it all along comes a tale like no other! The fake story doing the rounds on social media platforms regarding a purported scuffle between the First Lady and Khupe is so ludicrous one has to question the mental state of the author.

The lie is malicious and intended to mar what was otherwise a well planned and executed wedding ceremony.
