Chief Ndiweni Fears For Life In Khami Prison

Recently incarcerated Chief Ndiweni is living in fear of his life in Khami prison. The Chief disclosed this to MDC president Nelson Chamisa who visited him in prison on Saturday (24 December 2019).

The Chief told Chamisa he’s not taking any food prepared by the prison for fear of poisoning.

Said Ndiweni:

I have not been taking food prepared by the prison. I have been extra-careful and ensuring that all the food I take is coming from outside, from the people I trust.

Chief Ndiweni was imprisoned on 16 August 2019 on an 18-month jail term after being convicted for malicious damage to property. His imprisonment has been widely criticised as politically motivated.
