General Valerio Sibanda still maintains that there was a third hand involved in August 1, 2018, killings that went explosive and tainted the peaceful harmonised elections in a whim.

In the Defense forces exclusive interview with Zim Papers TV, the army chief said they were still investigating the shootings but said there were snipers who were not the army that also shot and killed people on that fateful day.
