On Friday 26 July 2919 musician Hope Masike launched her 3rd album in Harare. The album titled The Exorcism Of A Spinster was launched at Reps theatre In Harare. The album launch according to the Standard had 3 different set with a different outfit to match each set.
Hope did not disappoint her fans as she took them through the journey of her 3 albums and played tribute to Tuku and Chiwoniso Maraire. Supporting artists included

- Jazz Pianist Filbert Marowa who performed a song with Hope

Co-producer and respected musician Mono Mukundi, radio personality Itai “Iyati” Takaendesa, guitar-strumming songbird Tariro neGitari, jazz musician Rute Mbangwa, child rights activist and musician Nyari Mashayamombe, as well as prolific author Shimmer Chinodya were in attendance alongside a number of dignitaries, including those from the diplomatic corps.
Hope is a respected Afro-fusion singer, mbira player, percussionist, songwriter, fashion designer and a painter.
