Harare City Hopes For Luck Over Dynamos

Harare City FC coach, Mark Mathe expects a tough battle against Dynamos in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Rufaro Stadium on Saturday afternoon (today).

Mathe is yet to test victory since he succeeded Mark Harrison three games ago. He has managed to secure three draws, that is, TelOne (1-1), ZPC Kariba (0-0), Yadah (1-1). He said:

Every game that we play, we always want to win. I think we need to look at ourselves and see what we have been doing wrong.

In our previous matches, we have been doing well to create chances only to struggle in front of goal.

So we are hoping against Dynamos we will be able to correct that and put the ball into the nets.

We are looking forward with confidence that we can win this one. We just need to continue playing well but most importantly be clinical in front of goal.

Mathe admitted that Dynamos has improved since Tonderai Ndiraya succeded Lloyd Chigowe as the coach. He added:

One thing for sure is that it will not be an easy match for us. Look, Dynamos has made quite a huge progress since the arrival of Ndiraya. He has done quite well and if anything Dynamos is competing again.

Dynamos and Harare City neck-to-neck on the log. Dynamos is on 10th position with 20 points after 15 games while Harare City is 11th and has 19 points.
