WATCH: Bribe Scandals At ZUPCO Ranks

Touts known as ‘mahwindi’ are reportedly asking for bribes from passengers at ZUPCO ranks for them to have first preference at boarding the buses. The heavily subsidised ZUPCO buses have attracted the attention of several public transport users who are fleeing from exorbitant fares by other public transport operators. This kills the business of touts who would act as loaders at undesignated loading sites known as Mshika-shika. Watch the video below.
