National Prosecuting Authority To Repeat Whole Process Before Presenting Mupfumira To Court

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has reportedly said that it made some mistakes in the process that saw Tourism Minister, Priscah Mupfumira, arrested by Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission (ZACC) over corruption allegations.

Zim Live correspondent reported that the NPA claimed that they had made mistakes on the charge sheet so they are, as a result, going to repeat the whole process again before Tourism Minister Prisca Mupfumira is presented to the court.

Mupfumira who was arrested on Thursday by the ZACC is facing corruption charges involving $95 million.

She spent the whole day with ZACC investigators and was set to appear in court this Friday (today).

After the NPA had weighed the ZACC evidence and everything, it said that it had made mistakes in the process.
