Macauley Bonne Scores First Goal For Charlton Athletic

Warriors striker Macauley Bonne has scored his first goal for English Championship side, Charlton Athletic FC.

Bonne scored for his new paymasters in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday night against National League side Dagenham & Redbridge.

He arrived at Charlton last month from League Two side Leyton Orient whom he helped to promotion from the lower tiers of English football.

Bonne netted on the stroke of halftime in a 4-0 victory for the South-east London side. He was subbed off in the 61st minute.

Meanwhile, Bonne has already made three appearances for the team and is in line to mark his league debut in the season opener against Blackburn Rovers on 3 August.
