It’s not clear if indeed Econet is no longer offering the service as the company’s support people have indicated that they are investigating the problem.
The situation comes 7 months after Econet shut down the Kwese satellite TV service without notice, with many customers getting to know of it through news articles on the internet. Then, some customers complained that Econet outlets had let them subscribe to the service, even after it had been shut down.
econet does not care about Zimbabwe. i guess we shld all boycott their services. strive has forgotten how pple wld meet in a flat in the avenues and pray for his licence. the higher a onkey climbs a tree the mo it exposes its bottom part. zim is fed up of econet high charges after all.
