The woman whom Prophetic Healings and Deliverance founder, Walter Magaya reportedly raped has said that she was not raped. This is contrary to what she allegedly told her mother. A video of her mother crying whilst narrating how she was violated by the clergyman went viral last week. In the video below, the purported victim who is now married denies the allegations that she was raped. She says that those who are raising the issue are helping no one and are doing that for their own good. She, however, does not reveal whether she had a sexual encounter with the preacher or not.

Some Twitter users have alleged that Magaya might have bribed the lady so as to conceal his immoral dealings. One Twitter user posted:
Money talks, zvegumi zvenyu zvasenza thanx to you!!! . (Money talks, your tithes have worked!!).
Another one, @misscailah, tweeted:
The parents must post a video and confess that they lied ! Until then I am sticking to the parents video ! This one is damage control.
These sentiments were echoed by one Cde Setfree Mafukidze who replied to @misscailah’s tweet.
money exchanged hands and changed the whole picture.

This is not Magaya’s first time to be accused of violating women. His previous accusers, however, withdrew their cases or failed to show up for the trial thereby leaving courts with no option but to acquit him. He has also been to courts over other issues including tax evasion.
