A screenshot from Twitter taken from the official Twitter handle of Zanu Pf Patriots has gone viral on social media.
The picture shows not so great looking bread for sale apparently in Zimbabwe. They captioned the tweet with complementary praise and said bakeries should keep it up, the quality will be sorted later.
Keep it up. Lets have many of those, we will sort quality later. Those are teething problems. pic.twitter.com/zpJrkbkQl2

This is not the first time the Zanu PF patriots have commented on the bread issue. A few hours ago another photo resurfaced of OK bread going for $8.99 and they said “zviri kuita zvichita nani ” meaning things are improving. They, however, didn’t explain further what they meant by “nani” if its the quality, the price or the availability of bread in shops. The normal bread price is supposed to be between $5 and $6 RTGS. Bread has been scarce in the country of late with some saying it’s being channelled to the black market.
