University Of Zambia Postpones ED, Lungu’s Conferment Ceremony

The University of Zambia (UNZA) has moved the planned conferment of Honorary Doctorates on President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his Zambian counterpart, Edgar Lungu to next week Friday.

The venue for the ceremony has also been moved to Mulungushi International Conference Centre from the University of Zambia Great East Road campus, the Lusaka Times has reported

Initially, the conferment was pencilled for this Friday, June 21st 2019 at UNZA graduation Square.

The duo will be conferred with honorary doctorates in good governance.
