"We're Not Here To Talk", Musona Fires Warning Shots
Knowledge Musona has said that the Warriors need to be strong in every department if they are to prevail against Egypt on Friday. He warned against concentrating of Egyptian and Liverpool superstar, Mohamed Salah saying it is suicidal.
Zimbabwe will be taking on the hosts, Egypt in the opening 2019 AFCON final on Friday. Speaking to the Herald, Musona said that he believes that the team has now been transformed into real Warriors, who have no fear even taking any team. He also said that really believes that they can go far in this tournament.
Musona said that wearing the Zimbabwean colors makes him believe in himself and everyone else wearing it. He said:
That is what makes me tick, fighting for my team and my country and I know that every time I play for Zimbabwe, everyone supports me, they have been supporting me since I started playing for the national team, and the best way I can respond is to fight for them.
He also warned against concentrating on Salah saying that Egypt has other players who can win them the game. Musona added:
