The outgoing Ambassador to Zimbabwe has urged the opposition MDC to accept that it lost in the 2018 harmonised elections. He said that the party did not lose its nationality by losing the election. He further urged the party to give the opportunity to those “who won” to govern the country. This follows the MDC’s refusal to accept the outcome of the 2018 election arguing that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission and the ruling ZANU PF jointly manipulated the poll. Watch the video below.
