WATCH: Mthuli Ncube’s Views On Bond Notes Before He Was Appointed Minister Of Finance

In the video below, Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube argues that the bond note was becoming a surrogate currency. He also argued that the Bond note was chasing away the United States dollar. Note: These were his first days in office. His stance towards the bond notes seems to have changed.

Before being corrupted by the Zanu PF government, our current Finance Minister bemoaned the use of Bond Notes.
