7. Dr Emmanuel Gumbo-Sudan
8. Mr James Maridadi-Senegal
Mr Jetro Ndlovu-United Arab Emirates
11. Major Gen (Rtd) Ansleem Sanyatwe-Tanzania
12. Major General (Rtd) Martin Chedondo-China
13. Major General (Rtd) Douglas Nyikayaramba- Mozambique
14. Mr Vusomuzi Ntonga-Algeria.
