Phineas Bhamusi Worried Over Extended Goal Drought

Caps United forward Phineas Bhamusi is concerned over his extended goal drought after failing to find the back of the net in the past eight matches.

His worry is compounded by the fact that he is the only Caps United striker who is yet to score. H-Metro quotes Bhamusi as saying:

I am worried about my conversion rate. It has been eight games so far and I haven’t scored yet.

I am under pressure to score. At times you don’t need anyone to give you pressure but you have to know where you are lacking so that you improve that department.

Good performance should be accompanied by goals. Since I am a forward player, I am expected to score and I hope soon I will get the goals.

Bhamusi believes that it is just a matter of time before he gets back his Midas touch in front of goal. He said:

There is still time, we still have a long way to go and I am positive that I will score soon.

It’s all about time, it’s not like there is anything lacking. I will score at the right time.

I am doing my best and I know I will score, my target is ten goals this season and I know I will achieve that target.

I only need to score one goal for confidence boosting and more will come. I also feel like my first goal is long overdue.
