Two Robbers Locked In & Captured At Crime Scene
Macdonald Brewer and Desire Moyo were caught at the Bulawayo service station where they were trying to steal cash. It is reported that Brewer was once an employee at that service station.
Bulawayo magistrate Mr. Franklin Mkhwananzi remanded the duo out of custody on $50 bail each to June 10 for the commencement of trial.
The state alleges that the duo appeared the service station covering their faces with woolen hats. They pepper sprayed Mr. Singende the supervisor at the station. They also hit him with a heavy-duty stun gun. The state alleges:
The complainant (Mr. Singende) screamed for help, wrestled both accused persons resulting in their masks falling off.
Mr Singende managed to grab the stun gun from Moyo and hit him on the head once and continued screaming for help.

Another employee at the garage heard the noises and suspected that something wrong was going on. He then locked the office from outside before calling the police who came and arrested the accused.
