During the discussion, Fortune Chasi submitted that laws may be required to police the consumption of electricity and fuel. Tendai Biti however disagreed with this.
Mr Chasi if you are a Zimbabwean Minister, bring in fuel and let pple buy it. Do not allocate fuel to individuals as you like ”regulate fuel usage”. You talk of gvt vehicles! do not attempt to frustrate gvt employees who move around doing free duty for the gvt in skorokoros.
