WATCH: Julius Malema Response To Trevor Noah Genocide Jokes

In a response to the joke by US-based South African comedian Trevor Noah, Julius Malema said today that he hopes it was just a joke and that Trevor was not doing it for his “masters” in Cape Town and in government.

Malema, however, urged South Africans to keep supporting Noah in his work because he’s South African.

Last week, on his Daily Show tv show, Trevor Noah said that Malema talks casually about white genocide and used some video clips of interview Malema did to justify the point. There were mixed reactions to the joke with some accusing Noah of unwittingly advancing the story of white genocide in South African.

  1. Trevor is a comedian. Malema is an intelligent guy who should see that this is just a joke. That’s Trevor for you. He does it for every politician and that’s what puts food on his table. Have you watched what he says about Trump, even when he is in America? Brother Malema we love your speeches because they are full of reality and we need people like Trevor to lighten some of the sensitive ones as jokes. Like the guy he means no harm.
