Musona Taken In For Questioning Over Suspected House Break-In And Robbery

Limpopo police spokesperson Moatshe Ngoepe has dismissed social media reports which suggested that Walter Musona, Polokwane City striker was arrested in connection with a house break-in and robbery in the Limpopo province last week.

The spokesperson said that Musona has not been arrested but was only taken to a police station on Friday for questioning. He said:

“He [Walter Musona] was taken for questioning but no suspect has been arrested,” Ngoepe tells KickOff.com. “The case is still under investigation.”

Allegations were saying that Walter who is a brother to former Kaizer Chiefs striker, Knowledge was arrested after allegedly being involved in an organised crime syndicate taking stolen goods from South Africa to Zimbabwe. Social media reports suggest that his car was involved in an armed robbery that happened in a guest house in Polokwane last week.
