WATCH: No Reforms Without Pain - BITI
Former Finance Minister Tendai Biti has called for structural reforms which he said will address Zimbabwe’s economic issues. He, however, warned that reforms, like medicine, are bitter. He believes Mthuli Ncube failed at the problem identification stage. Resultantly, there is a disconnect between his solutions and the problems grounding Zimbabwe. He also said that the expenditure is still very high against stressed revenue inflows.
