WATCH: South Africa Avoids Use Of Translucent Ballot Boxes

South Africa has avoided using translucent ballot boxes which are recommended under democratic practices. Nevertheless, as Zim Media Review reports, about 60% of the electorate believes that the elections are free and fair.
In SA, they don’t use transparent ballot boxes, as per SADC guidelines on elections. Still, 60% of voters say elections are free and fair. Such is the importance of credibility of institutions.
