A Zanu-PF activist and artisanal miner lies dead as his colleagues narrate that he was shot by the police. The miner, a member of a cooperative Danangwe District Youth in Mining (DDYM) was part of a standoff between the group and the Chegutu police which resulted in tear gas being fired and live bullets allegedly being used by the police.
